Dear friends and colleagues,

It gives me immense pleasure to announce that the 3^rd Annual National Conference of Epidemiology Foundation of India will be held on the 4^th & 5^th of November 2022 (Pre-conference workshop on 3^rd November 2022). EFICON-2022 will be hosted by the Department of Community and Family Medicine, AIIMS Patna. The theme for this conference is “Evidence-Based Medicine for Promoting Health in India”.

For the last few years, all academic activities have been conducted under the dark cloud of COVID-19, but now that COVID-19 has started dying down, I’m pretty sure that this conference will hopefully provide us all an opportunity to re-bond and re-interact enthusiastically.

The Conference will be an excellent platform for the scholastic experience as well as an opportunity to cultivate scientific knowledge and great vision through interaction, discussion, and listening to experts directly – face to face, as well as online (Hybrid mode).

On behalf of our institute and the department, I invite you all to join EFICON-2022 to explore the theme more deeply and lead the public health scenario of India in the 21st century.
